Method

• Dry tuna steaks with a paper towel, dredge with Seaside Grown RipTide Fish Dust.
• Coat bottom of iron skillet with olive oil.
• Heat the oil and place tuna steaks in skillet, sear for 90 seconds on each side until blackened on the outside and medium-rare on the inside.
• Set fish aside, and heat tortillas. Slice blackened tuna into strips
• Place inside salsa and avocado in the bottom of tortillas and top with tuna.
• Enjoy!
